Step 5: Understand What You're Looking At (5 minutes)
Visual Elements Explained
Supertrend Line (thick colored line):
Green = Uptrend (look for buy signals)
Red = Downtrend (look for sell signals or avoid longs)
Price above line = bullish, below = bearish
Signal Markers:
Green arrows = Buy signals (multiple confirmations met)
Red arrows = Sell signals (multiple confirmations met)
Signals appear only when multiple factors align
Demand/Supply Zones (shaded areas):
Green zones = Demand (support areas where buying pressure strong)
Red zones = Supply (resistance areas where selling pressure strong)
Price often reacts when entering these zones
Bar Coloring:
Bright green/red = Strong momentum in that direction
Muted colors = Weaker momentum
Quick visual assessment of market strength

Your First Practice Trade (Setup Only)
Let's identify a potential trade setup (paper trading recommended for practice).
Look for this pattern:
✅ Supertrend line is green (uptrend confirmed)
✅ Green buy signal appears
✅ Price is near a demand zone (support)
✅ Bars are showing strong green color (momentum)
If all 4 conditions met → Potential long entry setup
Risk management:
Stop loss: Below nearest demand zone
Take profit: Near next supply zone or 2:1 risk-reward
Position size: Risk only 1-2% of capital
[CHART EXAMPLE: Ideal 4-condition setup with entry, stop, target marked]
Quick Configuration Tips
The default settings work well, but you can customize:
To adjust settings:
Click indicator name in the chart legend
Click gear icon (settings)
Modify parameters (optional)
Recommended beginner settings (leave as default):
ATR Period: 10
ATR Multiplier: 3.0
Signal Sensitivity: Medium
When to adjust:
Higher timeframes (4H, Daily) → Increase ATR to 14
More signals (but less reliable) → Lower sensitivity
Fewer signals (higher quality) → Raise sensitivity

Solution:
Ensure you received the confirmation email first
Refresh your TradingView page or app (Ctrl+R or Cmd+R)

Wait 24 hours after receiving confirmation email, then contact [email protected]
Issue: "Indicator shows error on chart"
Solution:
Refresh the page
Remove and re-add the indicator
Ensure your TradingView plan supports invite-only scripts (free plans work)
Check if indicator requires specific data (e.g., volume data)
Issue: "Too many signals / No signals appearing"
